Founder/CEO
as founder of west of fairfax, courtney brings a decade of experience in digital marketing to the table. after gaining valuable agency experience working with both personal and professional brands, courtney began consulting for digital strategy before forming west of fairfax in 2018 (with two partners!). she is driven by the collaboration and challenge of defining a brand voice and telling their story across the digital space.
Lungelwa Wooten
originally from pietermaritzburg, south africa, lu oversees day-to-day workflow, team development, client hospitality, and high-level strategy as head of operations. she is utilizing more than a decade of experience in operations – with a background in strategy and hospitality – to be a driving force in bringing vision to life for our clients and our team. lu spends her leisure eating great food (if it’s not spicy, don’t suggest it!), and spending as much time in new york city as possible.

madi is passionate about partnering with brands to achieve their goals. in her role as senior account manager, madi oversees our team of account managers. at work you’ll find her managing our influencer strategy and partnerships, using her keen design eye to produce our content shoots, and strategizing with her clients.

brandi brings her project-focused marketing expertise to our team as an account manager. with more than 5 years of experience developing and executing strategies, she excels at transforming visions into reality and celebrating wins along the way. when she's not managing accounts, you can find brandi devouring an average of 3 books a month, cheering on her favorite football team, or indulging in a perfect cocktail.

currently based in boise, id, alisha brings three years of digital marketing experience to her role as account manager at west of fairfax. she assists our clients with content planning, editing, and administrative tasks, while also running her own company specializing in branding and web design for local businesses. alisha's passion for creativity extends beyond work - she loves baking, curating spotify playlists, and spending time with her dog.

with 8 years of experience working on both the brand and agency side, haley brings a wealth of expertise in content creation, platform strategy, and community building to the team as well as formal training in design and advertising. while you will never find haley hiking on her day off, there’s a good chance you will find her at a concert, on the pickleball court, at a dinner party, or exploring somewhere new!

a chicago native now calling las vegas home, julia brings her filmmaking background and creative vision to her role as junior account coordinator. with a B.A. in film from UNLV and two years of experience in social media strategy, she combines visual storytelling with engaging content creation to enhance brands' online presence. when she's not crafting content for clients, you'll find julia exploring the outdoors – hiking, running, or taking in the desert scenery on long walks.

a lifelong arizona girl, trinity joins our team as an account coordinator while completing her bachelor's degree in digital marketing with a minor in fashion at asu. her passion for helping clients achieve their creative goals drives her work in building out client content. when she's not immersed in the world of digital marketing, trinity indulges her love for shopping, styling clothes, and home decor. a travel enthusiast (NYC, forever!) with a love for all things shopping and styling, trinity brings fresh energy and a keen eye to our team.
